Balak – Weekly Torah Portion

The portion of Balak. These are a few portions that deal with a different depth of transformation. Balak is the verge, what happens in the inner processes of a person when they stand on the verge of transformation.
We meet this on the verge of Israel entering the land of Israel. It suggests to us, when we are on the verge of change, everything that is deeply fear of that – that quality of Israel to take charge on our life. Everything in a person will come up to fight this transformation. It is a picture that is painted as the arena is history, but as we know – history is a reflection of the processes of the story. His story is the inner processes in relation to the Creator.

It starts with seeing.
In the beginning of this portion teaches are different points of view coming to meet each other and become decisive points.

On Chapter 22 in the Torah:
You can see that Chapter 22 V1 belongs to Hukat – the past portion. And the portion of Balak starts on the second verse. The gap is the different view of the way Torah was coming into division: first as it was given. As given it was divided naturally into verses. then there was a cycle of reading which had a few days in it, but didn’t refer to the content rather the days. The division of the chapters is Christian. The name of the portion is the Jewish/Israelite

The portion of Balak, this view, starts on the second verse of Chapter 22.
“And Balak the son of Tzipor saw all Israel has done ”
It starts in Hebrew with a verb “To See”, and the seeing of Balak was that of what Israel did to the Emorites. Starts with the ability to see. Son of Bird -Bird has to do with different portion of the spirit. What Balak is seeing that all humanity is on the verge of a change or a transformation that will be caused by Israel, as they introduce and dominate the history of human beings.
