Definitions

- Any reference to the masculine form in this document is for convenience only and applies equally to all genders.
- Use of the website, its content, and the services provided therein is subject to the terms detailed in this document, including all conditions and restrictions specified.
- Browsing or using the website in any capacity constitutes agreement to these terms and a commitment to act in accordance with them.
- Users declare that they are over 18 years old. If under 18, they declare that their usage of the website is with the consent of a legal guardian.
- The Website Management reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically, and users are responsible for reviewing them with each visit.
- Ordering services through the website confirms the user has read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding contract between the user and the Company.

- The website offers services including courses (in-person and digital) and digital content, as outlined below:
- Kabbalah Courses: In-person or digital classes facilitated by experienced members of Mishkan Hakavana (Havruta/Minyan), including lectures by Rabbi Sapir Neuman Eyal for all members.
- Digital Content: Purchase of digital-only materials, providing access to a curated collection of lessons, assembled into a single learning package.
- Subscriptions: Monthly/periodic/annual memberships for participation in Mishkan Hakavana activities and access to content, subject to conditions determined by the Company.
- Orders can be made via contact information available on the website.
- Payment for services will follow the options provided at the time of registration.
- Prices include VAT unless otherwise specified.
- The Website Management reserves the right to discontinue services at any time.
Cancellation Policy
- The cancellation of transactions is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions), 2010:
- Cancellation within 14 Days: A course or digital content transaction can be canceled within 14 days (not including rest days), provided the cancellation occurs at least two business days before the course begins or the digital content is provided. A cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will apply.
- Cancellation After 14 Days: No refunds will be provided for cancellations of digital content purchases. Course cancellations may result in varying charges depending on the timing relative to course schedules.
- Membership Cancellations: Users will be charged for the calendar month in which the cancellation notice was submitted.

Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of its services or website content.
- The website is hosted on secure servers managed by an external company. The Owners are not responsible for damages caused by server breaches, technical failures, or disruptions in service.
Privacy and Information Security
- The Company may use user-provided contact details to send promotional or service-related information, which can be opted out of at any time.
- User credit card details are used only for payment processing and are not stored or shared with third parties.
Intellectual Property
